Court Marriage Process in Delhi

A public notice is issued for objections (as per law).
Step 4: Marriage Registration
If no objections arise, the couple signs the marriage register in front of the Marriage Officer and witnesses.
Step 5: Receive Marriage Certificate
A legally valid marriage certificate is issued the same day.
