Required Documents

Court Marriage Process in Delhi

Step 1: Booking Appointment

Fill the online application and choose a date at your local SDM office.

Step 2: Document Verification

Submit documents and affidavits at the SDM office.

Step 3: 30-Day Notice Period

A public notice is issued for objections (as per law).

Step 4: Marriage Registration

If no objections arise, the couple signs the marriage register in front of the Marriage Officer and witnesses.

Step 5: Receive Marriage Certificate

A legally valid marriage certificate is issued the same day.
